Give Devices Variations#633

It would be nice if we could change the variation of a device with the mouse scroll wheel after it has been placed. I have chest colors in mind in particular for this one as it’s not that obvious which color the chest will have before placing since the green placement overlay will give everything, well, a green tint.

For any device that have wall and floor variations, scrolling would of course change to only those that match the current placement type.

The only possibility for a problem I could see is with scrolling through controllers, but they seem to only interface with the ship-wide module control, so unless they work different, changing their type after they’ve been placed should not be a problem, I guess.

Not sure if I missed any device that would pose real problems with this, though.

Also, this only applies to devices, not modules, of course.
