Better cores give better underground production#1133

I think when you have a T2 or T3 core (for balance) you should be able to use T2 refinery, production and research underground.

Okay, but if this happens, the prblem of storage modules suddenly applies to refinery, production and research modules. Basically, deploying them would be worse than leaving them closed. So why not remove them ? Why not remove modules entirely ?

Last update already took away most of the use from modules, and you’re suggestng to basically remove them entirely. I suggest you read #1089 (well, more importantly, #1094).
