late game shotgun variant#998

add a pumpaction or other kind of shotgun for the later game
the double barrel is kinda useless later on and i personally feel a more powerful shortrange weapon for fighting inside the higher tier ships would be nice

I feel like “upgrading” weapons always works much much much better in the form of tiered ammo rather than entirely new weapons.

TFD true but just getting new ammo really isn’t all that amusing and it would be more interesting to get some weapon variations
