Remote Damage Display#989

Currently I get an alarm sound when my ship gets attacked but I have no idea how much damage they are doing to the ship. It would be nice to have a wearable damage display I can look at (or even show it on the HUD) where I see the damage (or maybe the most damaged modules).

I am fine if this would be a device I have to carry in a slot and take out of my pocket to look at, so I can’t use it while fighting with the cogs.
