Add animation canceling for weapon reloads.#960

Most games featuring guns will grant you a reload before the animation finishes completely. Not in this game so far, and some animations don’t even register finished immediately when the character stops doing them. Examples are shorgun and SMG reload animations, which extend past the actual animation itself by about 0,5 seconds. On numerous occasions I accidentally disrupted my reloads because it feels like the reload is done, except it isn’t.

I suggest doing it like other shooter games: take a thorough look at the animation, pinpoint a time during the animation when the bullets/shells/magazines are essentially already inserted but the animation did not finish yet, and make that point the time ammunition is replenished for the gun. It will make the gunplay significantly smoother for players.

I wouldn’t say this game needs reload animation canceling, but it should be obvious when you are or are not fully reloaded and the weapon is once again ready to go. If the actual reload animation, and not necessarily any other animations that occur after the reload, is complete then yes the game should recognize that the weapon is reloaded regardless of what other animations are happening - such as a fancy gun twirl or simply bringing the gun back up from the reloading postiion.
