Gradient option while painting apply to vertical and horizontal stripes separately#941

Basically title. While painting the ship, you have a “Gradient” checkbox that makes stripes either blend in with each other or be seperate lines. But this option is for both vertical and horizontal stripes at the same time, while most other options (tiling, offset…) have two different settings fer vertical and horizontal separately.
