Battle rifle from the sniper, for moar WWI!#904

Add a recipe to the workbench that takes in a sniper rifle and outputs the same gun but without the scope, suppressor and with a larger magazine, for that WWI feel.
Same animations, same ammunition, same tier requirements, but lesser range, a bit more damage and a tighter spread.

Thats a pretty cool idea, i think it fits the game pretty well.
