HotBar Custom Setup#869

Allow the player to map tools and consumables to stacked / unstacked to whatever hot keys they want on the hotbar to thier personal preference.

For example I prefer to have my own setup for item hot keys and would like my tools not stacked at all for fast holstering.

Some may want to stack items and even create there own customized wheel for stacking on a hot key for the hotbar. Would be great to give the player this freedom.

Dispite the name this appears to be a customized preset builder being added to the game and is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you :)

It does even more then then I anticipated as well. Gonna love this update!
