Developer Map for Mod Testing#673

Making a new map for Mod Developers so they can test their WIP mods.
Im thinking flat areas; Areas with varied terrain and a couple of obstacles to test pathfinding; A couple of long drill sections to test stuff like new modules or devices inside a drillship. Like seen on the old Devblogs and some DevLeaks

It would be interesting to make the Mod map styled after the 1902 Sci Fi classic, “A Trip to the Moon”… It does feel like this would be stylistically proper though.
