colorblind modes for the game#547

Asking for coloblind modes, as someone who is colorblind i find it really hard to figure out even some basic colors.

Well, on the one hand I fully support modes to help people with disabilities, on the other hand, don’t icons already help ? Sure production is blue, refinery red and research green, but each one also have their own unique icons and looks (except for the prod and ref modules)

Would be nice yeah.
