Periscope teleport into wall while underground bug#491

While a periscope is at the top right of the drill ship (next to the default drill updown lever and It’s side against an empty module with stations surrounding it. When the player stops using the periscope he gets teleported and stuck between the stations/module wall and the drills folding wall.
