Steampunk Jetpack#459

This one is awful and may not fit in well, but you should add in a steampunk jetpack. Maybe make the fuel for it terribly hard to acquire or make the jetpack incapable of flying too high or too long :)

I don’t see much of a point, but if COGs are getting flying units, I guess we’ll get a way to fly as well. Or at least, hover. I would enjoy it a whole lot more if there were some map elements that required said jetpack to access.

This may also just be part of the suits.
