Just a fun little Easter Egg. What digs tunnels and hides underground? Drillships. What else? Rabbits!

It’d just be fun to have one occasionally staring back into your periscope when you raise it to see the surface :D

Could be an indestructible COG rabbit so you don’t have to do death animations, corpses etc. Hell, give it wheels/tracks and you barely have to animate it at all (maybe a bucket excavator up front so it can dig, or a drill for a nose). That would also explain if it appeared in tunnels, around lava etc where normal bunnies tend to avoid.

You could have it burrow underground as an environmental version of the warning klaxon when an eruption is coming.

Shooting it would cause it to drop random resources and zoom away or burrow. Think of it like the little guys between rounds in Golden Axe….

and and extremely rare GIANT BUNNY that appears in underground sections just to scare the crap out of you :P
