Module monitor#339

This is a slightly more complex device than usual.
It would track and monitor the number of modules of a group that are open !
What does this mean ? It means that if you set the number of production modules to 1, the monitor will make sure that there is always 1 production module open. For example, let’s say you leave 1 module open when you leave your ship to craft an upgrade or turret ammo, but enemies come and attack your ship, and they destroy your opened production module. The monitor will detect that, and will automatically open another production module.
This would work for powerplants, turrets, etc.
What about the hacking tool ? Well, let’s say that an enemy uses a hacking tool to close a turret module. The monitor will detect that and try to open it again, but it can’t be open it instantly, that would be very op. It will take about 10 seconds to open it again.

It would also detect if more modules are open than the set number.
For example, if an enemy were to use a hacking tool to open a research module to make it weaker, the monitor set to 0 will try to close it again, but it will also take about 10 seconds.

Monitors would be useful in a lot of situations.

Now, how does it work ? Well, I’ve attached some (badly made ?) pictures of how I imagine it. Let me explain it in more detail here :
Like controllers, there is 1 for each module group (production, refinery, turrets, powerplants….)
There are two +1 and -1 levers, used to set the desired amount of modules to monitor.
There is a save lever, to actually save the number you set.
There is a display of how much modules you set to be opened. If you are setting a new number, it will turn red and display the new, un-saved number. If you don’t save or don’t touch it for about 10 seconds, it will go back to displaying the saved number.
The saved number by default is 0.
There is also an on/off switch, which… turns it on or off. That way, you can use as much modules as you want while you’re there. Just don’t forget to turn them back on when you leave !
By default, it is off. (The switch is where the “turn off” valve normally is on controllers.)

Like in this suggestion : #134, I think it would be nice if custom controllers also saved if the monitors are on or off.
