New weapon used by enemies underground.#335

Honestly late game underground is too safe, there needs to be enemy drill ships that can attack you underground (rarely). If they showed up on the map when you are moving the drill ship and if they came to you they could shoot a underground torpedo that damages your drill ship. Also if they breach a hole they should be able to board in a sense and get inside your ship.
