Some quests tell you to go mine stuff, raid a ship, or destroy a ship… Even in the beginning, there’s a quest that tells you to go raid a ship. But new players also mess with their turrets when they get it, and I often see new players going out with their turrets closed.
The first step to all these quests should be to deploy your turret(s), if they’re not deployed. Because if you go out with your turrets closed, they’re not going to do much…
