Adapt weapon quests to multiplayer#293

There’s a few quests that tell you to craft new weapons, like for the shotgun and grenades, the mortar, and the gatling. But they always ask you to make 1, and only a few ammo. I feel like these quests should multiply the amount of stuff they ask you to make by the number of online players in the game.
