
the tesla turret for the COG ships are really annoying because you have to snipe them from far away if you wanna get rid of them, you know, because you can’t get to close or else they’ll shock you, which slows you down and deals a ton of damage. you also can’t use grenades because they’ll be zapped out of existance, so the best you can do is use the Lee Enfield and shoot at it from across the map. nerfing the Tesla turret renge would fix this, the Lee Enfield feels almost required right now because of the teslas. i would also shorten the range on COG tesla cannons because they’re annoying as hell because not everybody likes using the Lee Enfield, which is really the only good option for the tesla turrets and cannons as nothing else has the great range of the Lee Enfield.
so TL;DR: the tesla turrets and tesla cannon on COG side make anything that isn’t a sniper class weapon almost completely useless with tesla COG units being the exception because you can at least take them out with the revolver unlike the turrets.

the tesla coil was designed against PROJECTILES, Not bullets, which is why you can snipe them. and there is no such thing as “Cog module/weapon” as everything the cogs use, you can use aswell. as modules deal the same damage regualrdless of who is using them, if you dont like to take so much damage, take some armor with you. i dont think its worth to nerf them as i’ve never had an issue. and due to them not shooting bullets, only projectiles and enemies is so you need to stratergize your approach to the enemy cog ship. so its not unfair, you just need a different stratergy
