fix this glitch#1625

the glitch shown in the video was me trying to repair this module (I was trying to put something there and in the past destroying it and repairing fixed the glitch) but now it won’t let me repair it. I have tried reseting the world (I will restart game and update this post if it works)

I got it to work but It would be nice if it did not happen in future

but now I can’t build a powerplant there
