Tesla resistant ammo#1611

Some ammo that you can craft for mortar and/or rocket launcher that is immune/resistant to teslas. Shouldn’t be the easiest of things to make (expensive and/or require rare components?) and/or should have some downsides (less damage and/or range?).

Primary purpose is to give you something other than sniper rifles and anti-material bullets to use in the face of teslas (speaking primarily from a single player pov).

This is, of course, assuming that teslas remain as powerful against these things as they currently are.

also, it does less damage than regular ammo
