Building needs time#1590

Building(+upgrading) would take time.
For example: building a module t3 (or something else) would take x time.

This should attribute to:

• Modules
• Workstations
• Workbenches
• Wide stations
• HUBs
• and more
• Decos
And all of that stuff

Note: This should only be activate able in “Options”
and be configure able too (if needed).

There could also be a use for the upgradingbox thing in #def-leaks in the discord server.

maybe but you already have to craft it so why not put a menu where you have a computer display and you add modules that way is what your saying pretty much.
