Farady Armor Upgrade#1584

If/when armor goes modular, it would be cool to have a faraday upgrade or module to help counteract COG tesla weapons.
Basically, it would reduce or eliminate the effect on the player at the cost of a charge or durability. Different tiers or effects, whatever. Go nuts.

that would be cool, but what if it is an ad-on that ionises an outer coating of your armor reducing all weapon damage, also a tesla hat that zaps grenades and whatnot
