Roof mount turrets#153

Current turrets only mount to the side, would be nice to have roof mount as well, perhaps like a mortar launcher or some such as a potential example

Early prototypes are already done. We had bunch of issues with limited sights, but there are ways to figure it out. The final models still need to be done, but overall the feature is moving forward in development.
