RPG weapon for the player and cogs#1110

I would like to see an explosive similar to the mortar but it will fly straight and be a bit faster. Military cogs would have a chance to have one and it would deal a lot of damage to drillship modules.

Already making a mod for that in the meantime, but i dont think it fits. This is a game based around short range fighting and shooting down drillships, not rocket jumping and shooting 6 modules down in one shot.
