New rocket weapon/turret#1070

add a rocket launcher that holds multiple rockets and can fire a salvo or singular rockets

Remember that for every turret we have, there has to be a corresponding weapon for us and for COGs.

it can be bolth thats why i said rocket launcher / turret to have a weapon and turret version
