Placing decals on the drill improvements#1068

decals should be snapable on things like drillhead because its currently really hard to line it up properly.

I’m not sure that snapping is the solution, but I agree that placing decals on the drill is tricky. I usually use the preset decals and modify them, since they’re already well placed.
